New accessible apps for blind

Blind and visually impaired people use screen reading software for apps on their smartphones, yet many apps on the market are not designed to be accessible to this software.

The redress the balance, blind smartphone user, Jonathon Mosen, has established a company which allows app developers to gain access to users of mobile assistive technologies. Appcessible is run entirely by blind people who test the apps and provide feedback on usability to developers, helping to make their apps more accessible.
