Eye problems when using a computer

Visually demanding computer work is often known to reinforce eye strain, including glare and increased squinting.

A recent study from Norway found that consistently demanding computer work engendered eye strain related to a specific eye muscle, the orbicularis oculi.

Their conclusions support regular eye examinations by an optometrist and wearing spectacles during demanding computer working hours for individuals with eye related pain and visual stress.
